Singapore Sales Executive (Sales Hunter - Jurong Island)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales opportunities for Wonder products in Jurong Island.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the internal team to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of sales experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical industries with proven track records.
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Jurong Island industrial clients is a plus.
Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare instrument quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation.
  • Support the sales team with pricing and product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in indoor sales, sales support, or order processing.
  • Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Regional Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials, parts, and components.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors.

Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team, including engineering-related quotations, technical clarifications, and proposal preparations.
  • Assist in pre-sales discussions, customer technical inquiries, and solution presentations for Wonder products.
  • Conduct after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and discussions on supplied solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement instrumentation solutions for refinery and petrochemical process plants.
  • Perform instrument selection, calibration, and troubleshooting for Wonder MOV actuators, temperature sensors, and control systems.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for projects and customer communication.
  • Work closely with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an Instrument Engineer in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with MOV actuators, temperature sensors, and industrial control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer technical discussions, proposal preparations, and after-sales support.
Software Engineer (Product Development – Instrumentation Software)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance instrumentation-related software for Wonder products, focusing on industrial automation, monitoring, and control solutions.
  • Work on in-house R&D projects, designing and implementing software applications for MOV actuators, temperature monitoring, and industrial sensors.
  • Develop embedded software, PC-based applications, or cloud-integrated solutions for instrumentation products.
  • Perform software testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to integrate software with existing instrumentation systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including software architecture, specifications, and testing reports.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in industrial software development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Compulsory).
  • 4-5 years of experience in software development for instrumentation, industrial automation, or embedded systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, or Java (based on application requirements).
  • Experience with embedded systems, real-time software, or industrial protocols (MODBUS, CAN, or similar).
  • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, IoT, or cloud-based industrial applications is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize software for real-time control applications.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for collaboration with hardware engineers and sales teams.
Field Service/workshop I&E Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical (I&E) systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, commissioning, and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Provide technical support to customers.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an Instrumentation or Electrical Technician.
  • Diploma or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in field servicing of industrial equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel.
HR Executive & Operations Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead financial forecasting, planning, and risk assessment to ensure sustainable growth.

2️⃣ Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial forecasting to support business expansion.
  • Develop cost control and investment plans to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Implement financial models to track profitability, cost structures, and ROI on business initiatives.

3️⃣ Funding & Investment Support

  • Identify and secure funding opportunities, including government grants, private equity, and institutional financing.
  • Work closely with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure the necessary capital for expansion.
  • Support potential M&A activities, partnerships, and corporate investment opportunities.

4️⃣ Shareholder & Stakeholder Relations

  • Manage financial reporting, investor relations, and presentations to shareholders and potential investors.
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication of financial performance and business projections.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain corporate governance standards.

5️⃣ Financial Compliance & Corporate Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards in Singapore and key operating regions.
  • Oversee external audits and statutory financial reporting.
  • Establish financial policies to prepare for public listing requirements and future regulatory changes.

6️⃣ Operational Finance Enhancement

  • Oversee and enhance the existing accounting and finance functions to align with business expansion needs.
  • Strengthen financial controls, ERP integration, and automation of financial processes.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting and management accounting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, or capital markets, preferably in an SME scaling or IPO preparation environment.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, funding strategies, and financial planning for fast-growing companies.
  • Experience in working with external auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and lead financial strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced company.
  • Experience with corporate finance, investment structuring, and shareholder management.
  • Knowledge of listing requirements, corporate governance, and financial regulations is a plus.
